Control stages
What gets inspected
Material inspection
Incoming steel is checked against the grade ordered before it reaches the shop floor.
In-process checks
Dimensions are verified at machining and again after grinding.
Surface finishing
Finish is compared against the approved sample under consistent lighting.
Functional testing
Scissors cut, forceps grip, nippers meet cleanly — the action is tested by hand.
Final inspection
A last piece-by-piece check covers marking, edge, joint and finish.
Packing inspection
Counts, labelling and carton marking are confirmed against the order before dispatch.
